Happy International Residence Hall Student Staff Appreciation Day!

Wow... that's a mouthful. It's a long name, but the third Wednesday of every February is a day that is just for YOU! Thanks for all the great things you do.

I'll keep this short since you all just received a newsletter yesterday. I just wanted to let you know that I put up a couple of "ePostcards" just for RAs. Click on this link to visit the site. The first two cards on the upper left are geared toward RA appreciation. They are both included in this email.

PS... ATTENTION ARTISTS/GRAPHIC DESIGNERS: If you've looked at the "ePostcard" service on ResidentAssistant.com, you've probably noticed it's pretty "generic." I'd like to change that!

Here are the contest details:

1. eCards can be no wider than 450 pixels or taller than 600 pixels
2. Content must not be copyrighted in any way (no taking photos, from other websites, etc)
3. Keep it clean
4. Make it a card that is geared toward either residents or toward res life staff (professional or student). Topics could include:
   1. "Thank You's"
   2. "Kudos"
   3. "Hang in there"
   4. "Great job on your program"
   5. "Thanks for coming to the program"
   6. "Encouragement"
   7. "Inviations to activities/programs"
   8. Get creative!
   9. "It's great working with you!"
5. Cards must saved as a gif or jpeg
6. Submit the cards via the ResidentAssistant.com program submission form
7. Cards for this contest must be received by March 15, 2004.
