I would like to return to my current RA position. I understand that this is dependent on my evaluation and GPA.

I would like to return to staff, but I wish to transfer to a different building. I would like to transfer to · . I understand that a request to transfer does not guarantee that my request will be granted. **If you do not receive a transfer it will be assumed that you plan to return to your present hall unless you note otherwise below.

I will not be returning to my staff position.

Please note that reappointment is contingent upon the staff member's successful completion of their job responsibilities and contractual obligations. Reappointment assignments may be retracted if performance standards are not met.
