Overview:
- "It's
About Time" is the first of a series of ResidentAssistant.com
web-assisted training modules.
- The
modules are meant to provide a convenient and effective
method of staff development which requires a low
amount of preparation and meeting time.
- Each
module consists of a participant worksheet, a web
component, and a facilitator guide.
- This
training was developed using John Keller's ARCS
model of motivational design. For a useful summary
