It’s
Coming… MACUPS 2002
On
Friday, April 5th, 2002, the MACUHO Personal and
Professional Development Committee will be hosting the sixth
annual Mid-Atlantic College and University Placement Service (aka
MACUPS) at the University of Delaware’s John M. Clayton
Hall.
MACUPS is a one-day, drive-in style placement
conference provided as a personnel search service to the
MACUHO region.This
conference has attracted a range of employers from the region
and beyond who are interviewing for graduate assistant,
entry-level, and mid-level positions.MACUPS is in a convenient location and is offered at an
affordable cost to employers as well as employees.
In addition to affordable costs, this service offers:
personal attention by the volunteer staff, small group
candidate and employer orientation sessions, resume and job
posting books, small meeting rooms for employers and
employees, candidate and employer mailboxes, a resource
center, a “stress-free zone,” and again this year we are
featuring an “On-site Interviewing Coach,” (OSI).The Coach (OSI) will be available during the morning of
the conference to answer questions from candidates about the
interview process.
