This is a good program if people on your floor are not interacting with each other. Give everyone a sheet of paper outside their door. For a week, everyday the RA goes around for a set number of times varying the time they go around each day; and gives whoever has their door open a smiley face. The room with the most smiley faces at the end of the week gets a free coffee or muffin from the local coffeehouse.
