drop the price from $19.95?
Originally,
only charter members would get the membership
for $9.97. Because we want to make this
very affordable for everyone, we dropped
the price to $9.97 and gave all charter
members an extre year on their subscription
as well as a 20% discount on ResidentAssistant.com
products for the length of their subscription.
Does
this mean that ResidentAssistant.com is not
going to be a free resource anymore?
No,
we are not going to a completely subscriber
based site. In fact, most of what you have
enjoyed on the site will remain free of
charge, and will continue to grow. Most
of the content is new!
Why
charge now, after
having free resources for so long?
Quite
simply, we want the site to continue to
be a great resource! ResidentAssistant.com
has been consistently growing since its
inception in 1998. This means more work,
more cost, and more resources are necessary.
In
order for the site to continue to improve,
grow and serve RAs all over the world, there
needs to be a revenue source. Through the
implementation of this service, the quality
and quantity of resources and information
will continue to increase!
Can
I just buy a membership
and share it with my fellow staff?
No.
That as against the terms and conditions.
In addition, the account management system
tracks IP access by user, and if an account
is used by more than a specified number
of IP addresses per day, the account will
be disabled. No refunds will be given
in cases of accounts cancelled due to abuse.
Can
an institution purchase
access for all of its RAs?
Yes.
there is a discount for institutional licensing.

for all of its RAs. Each RA will be issued
